1.Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.If the buyer requests cancellation after shipment, the buyer will be responsible for any applicable carrier interception or return-to-sender fees.
2.Shipping Time
In-Stock Ebikes: Ship within 1 business day
In-Stock Accessories & Components: Ship within 2 business days
Pre-Order Products: Please refer to the shipping date listed on the product page
3.Returns Policy
Qlife offers a clear and comprehensive return service. Please review the details below.
- FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES
(1) Brand New & Unused Bikes
Within 14 days of delivery:Full refund; buyer pays $200 return shipping fee.
15–30 days after delivery: Full refund; buyer pays a $200 return shipping fee, and 30% of the order amount will be charged as a restocking fee.
(2) Used / Second-Hand Bikes
Returns are not accepted.
- FOR QUALITY ISSUES
Reported within 14 days of delivery:

Full refund or Exchange for another electric bike

Reported after 14 days of delivery:
Returns are not accepted.We will provide warranty service (repair, replacement parts, or technical support).
Note: Minor Cosmetic Issues
For minor cosmetic issues that do not affect riding safety or functionality (e.g. sticker peeling, minor paint scratches), returns are not accepted.
Buyers may contact our customer service team for compensation.
Compensation may include a partial refund or complimentary accessories, depending on the situation.
The final decision will be made by our support team based on the photos or videos provided.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1 week after inspection of the returned item.

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using trackable return shipping.
5.Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds may take 1–2 weeks, depending on your card issuer.
