How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your email by visiting the carrier’s website. Alternatively, click[here]to track your order directly on our official website.
Why is there no tracking information when l check my tracking number?
No worries! It can take FedEx 2–3 business days to update the tracking info after your order leaves the warehouse. If there’s still no update after three days, please contact us—we're happy to help!

Will the free accessories arrive with the bike?
Some accessories may be shipped separately in different packages. Don’t worry—if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team
Why did l buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?
Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

Do l need to assemble the ebike after l receive it?
We have completed 95% of the assembly at the factory. Once you receive your eBike, you only need to tighten the wheel bolts and insert and lock the handlebars and seat into the mounting mechanisms to start riding.
Can the battery be removed for charging?
The battery is designed to be removable, allowing you to charge it anywhere.
Is it easy to ride when the batteries depleted?
Most of our products use Shimano 7-speed gear system, which makes it easy to pedal even without motor assistance
